Congratulations to Cpl Brandon Walker of the Newark Delaware Police Department, who was named the Friends of Fusion Foundation Officer of the Month for October. Cpl Walker was nominated for going above and beyond to help someone who lost their phone in a rideshare vehicle.
In Cpl Walker’s honor, a check was presented to Beds4Vets, a Delaware non-profit whose mission is to help veterans and their families permanently transition from homelessness by providing the basic furnishings to transform an empty apartment into a home.
