On Thursday, May 22, 80 golfers and a dozen volunteers braved the weather to help raise money at the 4th annual Friends of Fusion Foundation Golf Outing at Deerfield. Over $10K was raised to purchase sneakers for homeless children in the Delaware school system. Lunch was sponsored by Klondike Kate’s, and drinks were sponsored by Standard Distributing Company and Stateside Vodka. An event centered around community, the event offered games, raffles, food, drinks, and of course, golf all while spending time with friends and family seeking to raise funds for immediate assistance and support for children and first responders in Delaware.
