Friends of Fusion Foundation Board Member Peggy Gerety, Foundation Founder Nic DeCaire, and Board President Jeff Leggett volunteered at the Friendship House of Delaware on Tuesday, November 25, and fulfilled orders of over 250 pairs of sneakers from sixteen New Castle County schools. Also pictured below are the sneaker deliveries and unpacking in Kent and Sussex Counties from earlier this month.
The Friends of Fusion Foundation purchased almost 900 pairs of brand-new name-brand sneakers to help start the pilot program at Friendship House and establish the ongoing Student Shoe Banks in all three counties.
